Create and validate the Time Sequences.<br>- Help to develop the process during the project phase, 'in production' and optimise it<br>- Provide technical input for processes and workstations to make technical improvements<br>- Schedule and maintain or organise the maintenance of tooling, assembly machines and the product<br>- Make production equipment reliable to improve the quality, safety, etc. of existing means<br>- Propose innovative technical solutions concerning manufacturing processes in order to reach productivity, quality improvement and safety objectives and to reduce running time<br>- Cost, carry out and validate the 'in production' modifications for the plant processes<br>- Negotiate with any external service providers<br>- Validate the implementation in the field of inspection means<br>- Define and validate the Work In Process (Forklifts, suspended or other, etc.)<br>- Define and validate the substitution packaging<br>- Optimise existing packaging<br>- Ensure compliance with workstation ergonomics rules<br>- Troubleshoot to solve quality problems<br>- Technically solve problems to eliminate 'quality obstacles'<br>- Use time analysis and SMED to optimise processes.<br>- Apply the Production standards.<br><br><strong>Level 2<br></strong><strong>3 -Coordinate the integration of new products / processes on the site for which he is assigned.<br></strong>- Help to define the necessary Plant means and coordinate their implementation to acquire the necessary skills locally<br>- Attend Project meetings and assist with the FMECA Process with the project group.<br>- Is able to lead a Process and/or means FMECA working group.<br>- Support/participate in the definition of CS process during the PFMEA<br>- Participate in and validate the writing of the Specifications for the Specific means on the site.<br>- Produce the Specification Capacity means.<br>- Launch calls for tender and consultations for Capacity and Plant means<br>- Monitor suppliers<br>- Receive and validate the acceptance and the development of new resources.<br>- Initialise the creation of CAM technical data (Parts, Parts lists, Instruction sheets)<br>- Create process adjustment sheets (parameters) and associated documents<br>- Carry out the programming required to operate specific equipment<br>- Carry out CCV / VSM for new projects<br>- Conduct flow and layout studies. <br>- Conduct station and time studies (time usage rules) and draw up documentation in compliance with quality requirements<br>- Compile the manufacturing file: procedure, operation sequence diagram, man-machine activity chart, instruction sheets, lists, manufacturing charts<br>- Start the production of new products.
