Join Us!</p> <p> </p> <p>Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department his/her future<strong> Process Technician </strong>(M/F), located in HOWELL HW-PL.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Finality</h2> </div><div>Monitor the reliability and productivity of APU with improved performance Safety/ Quality/ Cost/ Time/ Environment</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Main Missions</h2> </div><div><b>1- Ensure the day-to-day control of the process<br>- </b>Contribute to improving production efficiency, scrap rate and technical productivity of processes<br>- Provide technical support for the APU by creating and developing technical standards, reference standards for settings and business operating procedures<br>- Participate in the equipment maintenance plan<br><b>- </b>Develop the skills of setter technicians or equipment<b> <br></b>operators<br>- Analyze scrap (analysis of red bins) and waste from the process<br>- Technically solve quality problems in order to eliminate ' quality walls' <br>- Create and update configuration tracking sheets (settings sheets) for processes and their devices<br>- Ensure production equipment reliability to improve quality and safety of existing equipment<br>- Recommend innovative technical solutions for manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality improvement or safety targets<br>- Define and develop technical solutions with external service providers<br><strong>2- Provide training for process participants and ensure the deployment and capitalization of technical skills within the APU <br></strong>- Train and support Setter technicians or equipment operators on working methodologies, settings sheets, and tools<br>- Make the necessary decisions to optimize results, in line with initial data, and give reasons for choices<br>- Monitor indicators<br>- Coordinate their activities with other support services<br><strong>3 - Control the update of processes<br></strong>- Improve production efficiency, scrap rate, reliability, cycle and process productivity<br>- Optimize material consumption, reduce waste and scrap associated with processes and materials<br>- Lead process optimization, perform tests and trials, draft test reports<br>- Conduct PDCA cycles for the process in the APU (mass production changes, scrap, cycle time, process, tools, etc.)<br>- Capitalize on the feedback<br>- Oversee SMED projects<br><strong>4 - Implement new processes</strong> <br>- Guide and validate tool design<br>- Develop new equipment related to their field<br>- Prepare new product/process launch projects<br>- Participate in the technical aspects of process transfer<br>- Receive processing means (tools, processes) in the APU with Methods, Maintenance and QHSE departments<br>- Perform product/process testing in the development phase and keep teams and specialized departments informed<br>- Guarantee the ramp-up of processes and define the production standard <br>- Implement 5S after testing or maintenance</div></div></div><p><strong>Candidate Profile :</strong></p> <p>Level of Experience: Entry-Level </p> <p>Type of Contract: ATW - At will contract </p> <p>Required Travel: 0 - 10% </p> <p> </p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>
