<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Finality</H2> </div><div><p>Level 1, 2 and 3: Guarantee and optimize the good working order of the machines in compliance with the procedures in force (quality, reliability, cost, deadline, safety, environment)<br> Level 2 & 3: provide technical tutoring and training<br> Level 3: participate in the development and optimization of processes within the team</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Main Missions</H2> </div><div><p><b>LEVEL 1</b> <b>1- Prepare tooling for quick changeovers while complying with standards</b><br> -Consult production planning<br> -Prepare for production changeovers by approving the check-list<br> -Carry out production changeovers following intervention procedures (assembly, dismounting of tooling, peripheral devices, conveyors, etc.)<br> -Supply or organize the supply of raw materials to machines<br> -Analyze causes and decide upon the appropriate methods and means to perform missions<br> <b>2- Ensure production changeover, while complying with the standards of the Technical File and minimizing the changeover time</b><br> -Mount tooling on machines while complying with safety conditions and ensuring good working order<br> -Perform level 1 maintenance<br> -Perform the standard setting, in compliance with the production launched, of all machines required for manufacturing<br> -Ensure the conformity of the workstation layout and cleanliness<br> <b>3 - Launch manufacture by minimizing start-up rejections</b><br> -Perform and approve start-up checks (safety, presence of documents at the workstation such as production programs, manufacturing data, GALIA labels, material components)<br> -Check conformity of workstation with respect to the layout sheet<br> -Check the good working order of the machine, peripheral devices and tooling (dimensional check, by attribute, boundary sample)<br> -Display start-up documents<br> -Record malfunctions and technical tuning operations carried out in the process log<br> <b>4 - Monitor the process/product and intervene in the event of anomalies to reattain standards</b><br> -Organize monitoring of the process and monitor the process parameters<br> -Report to the manager<br> -Monitor production conditions and make simple corrections in the event of malfunctions<br> -Check the conformity of cycle times in relation to reference times<br> -Participate in progress actions in the zone (Lean tools) and generally participate in improving workshop processes and equipment<br> -Update documents or computer databases associated with the position<br> <b>LEVEL 2</b><br> <b>5 - Provide technical expertise </b><br> -Analyze and diagnose processes<br> -Propose and implement adequate corrective actions/suitable solutions/improvement plans<br> -Analyze micro breakdowns to prevent occurrence of a failure<br> -Participate in selecting improvement actions and implementing them<br> -Inform the line manager of any discrepancies in relation to standards<br> -Ensure that equipment is in good condition<br> <b>6 - Provide technical tutoring</b><br> -Provide technical support to APU teams<br> -Provide technical training to operators, leaders and setters: indicate training needs, schedule training and ensure that it is carried out<br> -Ensure the effectiveness of the training provided<br> <b>LEVEL 3</b><br> <b>7 -
