We’re currently recruiting a Manufacturing Technician III to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will contribute to the buildout and qualification of new manufacturing suites for viral vectors and vaccines, establishing state-of-the-art manufacturing operation., playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support startup, commissioning, and qualification activities for production equipment within your area of responsibility.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Contribute to the creation and review of operational documentation, providing technical input and ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Perform manufacturing operations on the production floor, including equipment preparation, process monitoring, and use of benchtop equipment in line with procedures.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Maintain cGMP standards by following accurate procedures, ensuring cleanliness of the work area, and adhering to all safety guidelines.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support team effectiveness by training junior staff, driving continuous process improvements, and escalating product or safety issues when required.</li> </ul> We are looking for: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years in cGMP manufacturing environment or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) in a production suite</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ability to gown and gain entry to manufacturing areas</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Flexibility to work weekends, including holidays, as scheduled</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;vertical-align:middle;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Desired but not essential would be experience in Gene Therapy operations and training experience </li> </ul> This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
