<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Tasks</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Strategic development and integration of the newsletter and push notification channels into the overarching CRM and marketing strategy within the retail media business</li> <li>End-to-end product ownership for the newsletter and push notification channels: from concept and implementation to testing, analysis, and optimization</li> <li>Briefing, coordination, and prioritization of requirements for internal teams (e.g. CRM, UX, Data, Sales) and external service providers</li> <li>Close collaboration with content, CRM, and performance marketing teams to ensure cross-channel consistency</li> <li>Support in developing segmentation and personalization strategies (e.g. using behavioral data)</li> <li>Assistance in setting up and monitoring automated campaigns (e.g. welcome journeys, transactional emails)</li> <li>Execution of A/B tests and contribution to performance analyses</li> <li>Monitoring of market and technology trends to continuously improve tools and methodologies in use</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Profile</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>University degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science or a comparable field</li> <li>Experience in digital product management, ideally with a focus on CRM, email marketing, or mobile push notifications</li> <li>Solid knowledge of newsletter tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, HubSpot, etc.)</li> <li>Initial experience with common email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze) is a plus</li> <li>First-hand experience with automation, customer journeys, and personalization</li> <li>Familiarity with web analytics tools and key performance indicators (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics)</li> <li>Experience using A/B testing tools and in optimizing usability</li> <li>Basic understanding of HTML is a plus, but not a requirement</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken German and English skills</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About Us</H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify">We are a leading electronics retail company, helping suppliers and partners leverage data-driven insights through our reporting and data products.
