<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs, including the Facilitation of Key Leadership Development Programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on Leadership development related topics.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Consult and coach key Talents and Leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the Global Development Standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor and analyze Regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Create reports on regional Development Programs for various stakeholders including the Top Management.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted development offers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in facilitating Leadership Development Material / Programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Solid experience in steering International Talent Development projects, processes and standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent English skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Soft skills; Communication, Problem Solving, Networking at all levels within the organization, Global Mindset & Intercultural collaboration, Self Organization, Presentation Skills, Digital & Analytical skills, Data driven decision making</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our offer;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits.
