<div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead blowmolding lines to deliver the production plan on time, in spec, meeting targets for OEE, scrap/rework and downtime.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Safeguard quality, safety, environment compliance; stop production when risk is identified.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate closely with Quality on issues, containment, and permanent corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Work with Maintenance to address line/machine breakdowns and plan preventive activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Run trial builds for new products/projects per Blowmolding VSL (Value Stream Leader) instructions; share results and follow up actions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure accurate, up-to-date forms, records, and production documentation for the area.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive continuous improvement in standards, cycle time stability and changeover discipline.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Train and coach operators, setters, and team leaders; close gaps identified in audits.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with MP&L on packaging, shipments, and production planning needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participate in production meetings; keep management informed on status, risks and countermeasures.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Department.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in blow molding or plastics processing.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proven shop-floor leadership experience in blowmolding/plastics manufacturing.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong problem-solving capability and ownership mindset.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Solid planning & organization; able to coordinate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and MP&L.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Reporting skills; disciplined with documentation and follow-through.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Good command of English (both written and spoken).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Team player with effective communication skills.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong></span></p> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
