Analyze and adjust processes based upon injection and pressure curve analysis. Startup presses and ensures they are running to standard process and provide troubleshooting when not up to standards.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </span></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">include the following:</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Troubleshoot molding machines to bring parts into specifications for size, appearance, flash, splay, cycle time, etc. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Recognize and recommend corrective actions for tooling issues.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrate high level of understanding of material properties and interactions in the injection molding process.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Frequently performs producer role while assisting Set-Up Technicians.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'CG Times 12pt', serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Complete necessary paperwork;
