Your Contribution <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations—waste, emissions, water, etc.)</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage environmental permits, compliance requirements, and documentation</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop, implement, and update the HSE management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor environmental impacts and HSE KPIs, preparing periodic reports for management</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies and competent authorities</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage risk assessments, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Promote initiatives for continuous improvement, sustainability, and reduction of environmental impacts</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate and deliver HSE training for staff</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Supervise suppliers, contractors, and external activities from an HSE perspective</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with competent authorities and manage any inspections</li> </ul> Your Experience & Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Min 5 years of experience in HSE roles</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">RSPP certification</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of HSE regulations (Italy / EU)</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to manage audits and certification systems</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Risk analysis and incident investigation</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Excel</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Good knowledge of English</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Italian</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Priority management</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Problem-solving and results-oriented</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Excellent communication and organizational skills</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Commitment to continuous improvement </li> </ul> Our Offering <div> We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities. </div> <div> We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
