<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Handle and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely feedback and resolution.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Communicate customer-specific requirements to the factory and ensure alignment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Propose and implement action plans and remedial measures to address quality issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate 8D problem-solving teams to resolve complex issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Organize internal and external sorting activities in case of discrepancies or non-conformities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support customer and certification audits, including preparation and follow-up.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Initiate and drive improvements based on audit findings.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepare, monitor, and maintain quality documentation, statistics, and reports.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience in the field.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or engineering within the automotive industry.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent <strong>English</strong> language skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Solid knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with automotive quality tools and techniques such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Willingness to travel as needed.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <div> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
