<div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>You Contribution</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and company policies.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor and improve line performance (scrap, rework, downtime).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead and supervise filter line production to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), quality and delivery goal according to MPS (Mahle Production System) standarts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Organize daily production meetings with team leaders and setters.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Work to improve equipment changeovers, SMED.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement projects, Lean Activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate with Maintenance and Purchasing for spare parts and consumables.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with Planning and Project teams for smooth product launches.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage workforce planning, shift schedules and team allocation.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead employee development, motivation and training activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide regular reports to the Production Manager.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Department (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical -Electronics, Mechatronics or related).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of proven experience in production/manufacturing, preferably automotive.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong working knowledge of SAP (production and reporting modules).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent English- both written and spoken.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to lead teams effectively, build engagement and drive performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong></span></p> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
