<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead daily production on injection molding lines to meet OEE, scrap, downtime and delivery targets.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate with the Project team for new mold launches, industrialization and trials.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of molds; plan and follow up spare parts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drive SMED/quick mold change improvements to stabilize processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepare and manage CAPEX requests, including mold, press, and injection robot systems; support supplier selection and purchasing processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participate in global project trials (FAT/SAT) and share best practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with Purchasing for project quotations and tooling procurement.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead workforce allocation, shift planning, leave management, and coaching.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support staff development through training, motivation, and performance management.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications </strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Master’s in Materials Engineering preferred or Bachelor’s in a relevant Engineering Department.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">7+ years of experience in production or assembly lines; injection molding expertise required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proven knowledge of mold change/SMED, process optimization, and troubleshooting.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with injection robots/automation systems and basic CAD drawing literacy.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent English- both written and spoken.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Team-oriented leader with effective communication and coaching skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for suppliers, projects, and trials.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</span></li> </ul> <div> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
