About this role
<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a travelling technical sales representative, you will be responsible for organising and delivering training courses on the Service Solutions product range (workshop equipment) for professionals and making offers to our network of distributors. You will also participate in trade shows to promote products and represent the group. In this role, your main tasks will be as follows:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Focus on your area for the MAHLE and BrainBee workshop equipment ranges.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Encourage the existing sales network, seek out new opportunities, and strengthen the group's presence in the field</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Drafting commercial offers in line with the market, respecting margins and in agreement with management</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide technical support with live demonstrations, if necessary, to the distributor's sales team or in the workshop to support the distributor's sales team.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate regularly with technical support in France, providing feedback to improve products based on reported needs</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to the installation of products at customer sites if necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Inform distributors on the use of products.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Organise training sessions on the products, services and support offered by the group, both at customer sites and at the company's premises. These training sessions will be delivered in conjunction with technical support in France.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Examine customer shortcomings and identify areas for improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Identify the right products for each customer and strengthen their confidence in the Group's products.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participate in trade shows.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor the activities of competing brands and report back to your manager.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Protect the image of the company and the Group by identifying and reporting any malicious activities in order to avoid damaging the image of the company or the Group.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Place of work: ¼ South-West (France), ¼ West (France)</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your experience & qualifications</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Dual technical and commercial skills required. A born sales developer, you enjoy the challenges of a sales career.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Technical knowledge of the automotive sector and the workshop equipment and spare parts market environment is appreciated.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This full-time position requires you to be available for daily travel within your region.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">If you have excellent communication skills and a genuine sense of customer service, and are known for being independent, thorough and a team player, join our teams!</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">You must live in the relevant region, i.e. south-west or west France.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Desirable skills: Technical knowledge of products, teaching skills for running training courses, proficiency in IT tools.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:24.0pt">Our offering</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
