<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As an <strong>Electrical Components Team Lead</strong> reporting to the Head of AC Application Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the development, validation, and application of electrical components in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal cross‑functional teams. This role bridges technical engineering expertise with strong communication and project coordination skills to ensure that electrical components meet performance, quality, cost, and timing requirements.</span><em><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> </span> </em></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding electrical component requirements, performance expectations, and integration support.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate closely with suppliers to define component specifications, review designs, support manufacturability discussions, and track development milestones.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage technical communication across engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop and refine electrical component specifications based on customer requirements, industry standards, and application needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Evaluate supplier proposals and perform technical assessments to support sourcing decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Guide components through the full product development lifecycle including concept, design, validation, PPAP, and production launch.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support system-level integration efforts and ensure compatibility with mechanical HVAC systems and overall electrical architecture.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Work with test engineering teams to develop validation plans and ensure components meet performance, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Review test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root-cause analysis with suppliers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support continuous improvement of component quality, reliability, and cost.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to internal leadership and customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Create and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, DFMEAs, reports, and technical presentations.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong> </span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering Technology</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">2 to 5 years in automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace, or related manufacturing environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with APQP/PPAP, DFMEA, DV/PV testing, and similar development processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of relevant electrical standards (ISO, SAE, IEC, UL, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong technical understanding of electrical components (e.g., BLDCs, sensors, actuators, harnesses, connectors, control modules, PCBs).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and suppliers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to manage multiple projects and drive tasks to completion.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p>We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal &amp; career development opportunities.
