As the Quality Engineer you will monitor workflows, create documentation, qualify the product and manufacturing processes ensuring alignment with customer, local, state and federal regulations and requirements. Works with suppliers of materials and services to ensure compliance with all quality assurance specifications. Examine products to determine their quality, engage with customers, and gather product feedback. The Quality Engineer is accountable for leading continuous improvement projects using 6S/lean methodologies in the reduction of waste. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:24.0pt;color:black">Your Experience & Qualifications</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 32.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 32.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Certification in Sigma Green Belt minimum and/or lean manufacturing a plus. </span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 32.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Lean Six Sigma Black-belt Certification preferred</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 32.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:24.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:black">Our Offer </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;text-align:justify;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:black">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
