<p><strong><span style="font-size:24.0pt">Your Contribution </span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As an Electrical Engineer – Technical Services reporting to the Supervisor; Engineering Maintenance and Projects you will be responsible to Research, plan, and design mechanical and electromechanical products and systems. You will also direct and coordinate activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical or electromechanical products and systems by performing the following duties.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support and direction of maintenance technicians in repair of equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Optimization of production equipment and automation.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Hardwire design, programming, and commissioning of automation systems and production equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Use of CAD, PLC, HMI, vision, motion, and robotics software for machine support, design, and commissioning.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Specification and procurement of hardware and equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Design and evaluation of safety systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Installation of production equipment and automation including direction of resources.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Plan and direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Directs and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Evaluate field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide supervision of 2-10 internal skilled trades labor and external contractors. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, and appraising performance. Assists in interviewing and recommends hiring of new job candidates.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"> Your Experience & Qualifications </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">One to Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Applicant should be knowledgeable in the areas of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC machine controls, robotics, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement techniques</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt">Our Offering </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
