<div><span style="">You will play a key role in supporting the President & CEO of MAHLE Japan, who also oversees the East Asia region. The responsibilities fall broadly into two categories:</span></div> <div><span style="">(1) Strategic Projects & Business Analysis and</span></div> <div><span style="">(2) Executive Support & Office Management.</span></div> <div><span style="">Because this role involves assisting a highly engaged executive, it requires strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a high sense of urgency. </span></div> <div><span style="">Working closely with top management provides an excellent opportunity for significant professional growth.</span></div> <p><span style=""> </span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Your Contribution</strong></span></p> <div> <p><span style="">1. Strategic Projects & Business Analysis</span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Lead or participate in major strategic initiative</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare materials for board meetings, investor reviews, and industry conferences</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Attend meetings, document key points, and follow up on action items</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="">2. Executive Support & Office Management</span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare and edit communication documents, presentations, and other materials</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Handle confidential information with strict discretion</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Serve as the primary point of contact between the President & CEO and internal/external stakeholders</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="">Required</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Expected to graduate by September 2026 and available to join the company in October 2026</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Degree with above-average grades (e.g. general management or law)</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">First practical experience through relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry) </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">International experience through studies abroad or internships</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset as well as hands-on mentality</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to work in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Business-level English proficiency</span></li> </ul> <p style=""><strong>Preferable</strong></p> <ul> <li style=""><span>Master’s degree with</span> subjects mentioned above</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Our Offering;</strong></span></p> <div> <p><span style="">The Global Career Starter Program (GCSP) is an 18‑month entry-level rotational program designed specifically for you. </span></p> <p><span style="">Through rotations across up to six departments, you will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of roles.</span></p> <p><span style="">In addition to working with multinational teams, you will have the opportunity to work abroad at one of our global locations, expanding your international perspective and professional network.</span></p> <p><span style="">We aim to create an environment where you can accelerate both your professional and personal growth.
