<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepare accurate financial statements and internal reports in compliance with Group, German GAAP and Japan GAAP</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure timely monthly and quarterly closing and reporting packages</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor and apply updates in accounting and tax regulations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Handle intercompany reconciliations with MAHLE affiliates</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage tax return processes with Head of Accounting</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Communicate with external tax advisors on compliance and international tax matters</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Handle withholding tax, consumption tax, and transfer pricing</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage internal and external audits</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support SAP (ERP) testing and S/4HANA implementation</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with controlling teams (Japan, India), Thailand finance, and German HQ</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Partner with BU controllers on inventory, costing, accruals, and valuations</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">University Bachelor degree or above</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">8 years+ accounting experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent in Japanese, business English language skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on experience in SAP is strongly preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Holding of CPA and/or licensed tax accountant is preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in manufacturing industry is plus</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
