<p><strong><span style="font-size:24.0pt">Your</span> <span style="font-size:24.0pt">Contribution </span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a <strong>Test and Validation Engineer – HVAC</strong> reporting to the Head of AC Testing – NA, you will provide support for equipment and facilities used in the validation testing of automotive HVAC and engine cooling components. Requires multidisciplinary electrical and mechanical engineering background supporting industrial test equipment, process control, and instrumentation. Ensures data quality and adherence to validation specifications.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <p> </p> <p>• <span style="font-size:14.0pt">Install and support of instrumentation and data acquisition systems</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Support process control equipment including PLCs and controllers</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Size control valves, heat exchangers, and pumps</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Diagnose refrigeration systems</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Engineer test equipment and facility improvements</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Support technicians and troubleshoot test issues</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Define project specifications and prepare cost estimates</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Perform commissioning tests</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience and Qualifications </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4-year college or university</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• 1-10 years of experience</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, electrical systems</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• HVAC and thermodynamics familiarity</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Knowledge of MSA, OSHA, NFPA standards</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Strong English communication skills are required.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Apply high school math concepts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">ongoing personal & career development opportunities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
