<p><b><span style="font-size:28.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">SUMMARY</span></span></b></p> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">To ensure optimum service in one or more areas of the Customer Service Department. Must promote an environment of teamwork and productivity under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager. Responsible for accuracy and completion of orders. Must work in conjunction with customers as well as Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, IT, Inventory Control, Production, Distribution and Traffic to guarantee customer satisfaction. </span></span></p> <p><b><span style="font-size:28.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Coordinate with all partied involved (Export Manager, MAHLE Agents, Logistics, IT, Accounting, Production).</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Maintain direct contact with MAHLE Agents and customer’s (inform and advise customers current internal contacts of sales policies, current price list, order confirmations, proformas, export documentation and product information.</span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Research claims for credit and debit applying company policies to transactions, before passing these on for credits or debits to be issued.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Create and update daily production reports.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Enter customer discrepancies into the system for review.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><b><span style="font-size:28.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Ability to work with and through others at all levels. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Experience with AS400 and SAP a plus. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Proficient in use of spreadsheets (Excel) and processing (Word) software. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Associate’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Extensive background and experience in dealing with export customer service. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="color:black">Strong product knowledge a plus.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <div style="border:2.0px solid #41b6e6"> <p> <b><span style="font-size:28.0px"> Do you have any questions?</span></b><br> <br> [email protected] <br> </p> </div>
