<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a <strong>Validation Lab Technician, </strong>reporting to the Head of AC Testing – NA, you will be responsible for conducting performance and durability testing of automotive HVAC and engine cooling components. Duties include installation/removal of test parts, instrumentation, running tests, and collecting data. Works with engineers to understand test requirements. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Set up HVAC systems and components for testing </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Diagnose refrigeration systems </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Install instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Interface with test systems </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Execute testing procedures </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Interpret test data and report issues </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Troubleshoot and repair test equipment </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Cross-train across test lab areas </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Maintain clean work area </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">No supervisory responsibilities </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications </strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">AAS in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">3-5 years automotive experience preferred </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">ASE certification preferred </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">EPA 608 certification preferred </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong mechanical aptitude </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Good communication skills </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Proficient in MS Office </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Fluent in English, strong written and verbal skills </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Apply high school math concepts </span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Problem solving and data analysis skills </span></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
