<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a <strong>Maintenance Facilities and Security Manager</strong> reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and manage the operational activities, programs, functions, services, and budget for manufacturing assets and facilities maintenance including technical and cost/benefit justification.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analyze manufacturing efficiency issues and conduct problem solving corrective action</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Plan for current and future facility expansion/modification and ensure activities are successfully implemented</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support Manufacturing staff in product launch activities (MOP, Service Agreements, Facility Requirements).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Efficiently use of necessary spare parts and budget requirements and assure appropriate stock levels.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Organize, coordinate, and lead the maintenance activities in support of the Plant Operations, including production equipment and plant Support Emergency Planning/Contingency Plan.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Budget for Maintenance department expenses (e.g. labor, O/T & stockroom items)</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Administer environment and waste management controls, in accordance with planned ISO-14001 procedures and work instructions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Oversee physical Security for employees and property protections</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage Facility Security as well as confidentiality of documents and information</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support and review of security related incidents</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Aid in record keeping and investigations as needed</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Conduct periodic physical security compliance checks of the facility</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop Emergency Planning/Contingency Planning</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"> <strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor's Degree from a accredited 4-year college or university</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experienced with SAP 4/HANA</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard as applicable to the position.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 5 years leadership experience with a strong background in Production and Preventative Maintenance</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Working knowledge of Plastics Manufacturing Process and production tooling</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
