This role is hands-on and execution-focused – perfect for a creator-marketer who loves making content, learning the craft and growing together with an in-house brand marketing team.</p> <div style="text-align:center;margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif" align="center"><hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"></div> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support the planning and execution of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8 and other platforms, from drafting posts to scheduling and publishing.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist in building and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring assets, copy and approvals are ready on time for campaigns, launches and always-on content.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Conceptualise and produce social-first content: brainstorm ideas, prepare simple storyboards, assist on shoots, capture behind-the-scenes, and suggest trends to tap on.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Shoot and edit short-form videos and simple motion content using mobile and basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, in-app editors, Canva).</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Draft, refine and proofread social copy, hooks and captions that are clear, on-brand and tailored to each platform.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist in localisation of content (English/Mandarin), checking language accuracy and cultural nuances, especially for Xiao Hong Shu.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions on social channels, flagging key feedback and opportunities to the team.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Coordinate and track influencer/KOL/creator content: follow-up on deliverables according to brand guidelines.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist managers to prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, top content) and compiling insights for the team’s review.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Keep the content library organised – naming and filing footage, images, edits and copy so that assets are easy to find and reuse.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align:center;margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif" align="center"><hr align="center" size="1" width="100%"></div>
