relevant experience in employee experience, internal communications, university development, or change management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience in leading change or transformation initiatives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong experience in internal communications strategy and execution (including leadership communications)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels and influence
