The scope of works includes end-to-end management of the project frominception, procurement of services and works, construction, handover, to post-construction activities. The Assistant Manager/Manager (Project Management) willneed to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and manage the time, cost and quality aspects of the project to achieve the desired outcomes.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div>Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide overall project management support, which encompasses fund management, procurement, design development, consultancy and constructioncontracts management, commissioning and project handover</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Liaise with internal stakeholders and appointed project consultants on user requirements for the SUSS campus development project.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors and monitor the timeliness of their deliverables for the implementation of the project.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support in setup, implementation and management of Electronic Information Management System (EIMS) to be developed for the campus developmentproject.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in handling and managing project data and information, including organising data for analysis and management reporting, ensuring properdocumentation and filing for future records.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor and update project programme and progress, including dashboard development and control for management reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the development of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) framework for the campus development project and oversee the implementation in theproject itself.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A recognised Degree in Building/Architecture/Engineering or relevant Degree from a recognised University with at least 6 years of relevant working experienceas Project Manager preferably in public/developer organisations or consulting firms.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Relevant experience in project management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of public sector procurement framework and policies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good writing, communication and presentation skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Meticulous and capable of working independently to resolve issues and challenges.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong time management and work well under pressure.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good team player.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conversant with various applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.</li> </ul></div></div></div><h2 class="MsoNoSpacing">What We Offer</h2> At SUSS, we advocate the Spirit of Learning and pride ourselves as lifelong learners.
