<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>About The Job:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The SUSS Human Resource Management Programme of the S R Nathan School of Human Development, SUSS, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Executive to support the delivery of a series of high-impact Human Capital initiatives for 2026-2027. The incumbent will provide end-to-end administrative, operational, and research support for three new programme initiatives: the <em>SUSS</em> <em>Human Capital & Social Impact Review</em> (publication), the <em>SUSS Human Capital Insights Webinar Series</em>, and the <em>SUSS C-Suite Forum on Human Capital for Social Good</em>. A core component of this role involves conducting primary and secondary industry research and providing strategic stakeholder support to ensure these initiatives are underpinned by robust data and strong institutional partnerships.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>1. Editorial & Research Support</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as the primary point of contact for guest authors, managing the end-to-end review process, tracking revisions, and ensuring version control for all manuscripts.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide research assistance to the Project Leads in environmental scanning and regional data collection to ensure the publication and dialogues remain at the forefront of industry trends. This includes administering surveys and compiling research to identify high-impact themes for the publication, webinars, and dialogues, and organising data sets to support the programme’s strategic outputs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage the administrative requirements for official publication, including regulatory registrations and copyright clearances. Liaise with internal or external designers and typesetters to oversee the layout process, ensuring all outputs meet institutional branding and quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain the editorial calendar to ensure the publication meets its production and launch schedules, including the inaugural release and subsequent milestones.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure all submissions adhere to the programme’s style guides and technical specifications.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Support</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist the Project Leads (e.g. in meetings with existing and prospective partners) by preparing briefing notes, project updates, and presentation materials.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide professional follow-up support after partnership meetings, ensuring that action items are tracked, minutes are recorded, and requested information is dispatched promptly to partners.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the outreach to new potential industry or policy-making partners to expand the reach and impact of the three programme initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>3. Event Operations</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Oversee speaker briefings and post-event engagement activities for the webinar series.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Execute logistical planning for the high-level Breakfast Dialogues. This includes venue liaison, C-suite guest list management, and on-site support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain professional correspondence with institutional partners and senior executive speakers.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>4. Strategic Impact and Content Support </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support the Project Leads by compiling raw impact data, such as publication downloads and dialogue feedback, to assist in the preparation of strategic progress reports for the Dean’s Office.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide drafting support to ensure the thematic insights of the initiatives are accurately reflected for the policy-making, industry, and education communities.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Requirement:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related Social Science discipline. Applications from current students with relevant skills are welcome.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong project management abilities with a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to synthesise meeting discussions into actionable next steps.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Editorial experience is highly preferred.
