This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic projects from design to implementation, working in close collaboration with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">What You Will Be Doing</H2> </div><div>Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="">Supporting the Senior Manager in overseeing all Compensation & Benefits matters, including performance management, annual salary and bonus reviews, and promotion cycles.</li> <li style="">Managing the full spectrum of employee benefits programs, such as insurance plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other employee offerings—ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.</li> <li style="">Designing, reviewing, and implementing C&B-related policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence.</li> <li style="">Acting as the subject matter expert on Compensation & Benefits, providing strategic advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organization.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li> <li style="">5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a solid understanding of C&B frameworks and best practices.</li> <li style="">Up to date with current HR practices, market trends, and relevant employment legislation.</li> <li style="">Strong analytical skills with a high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li style="">Excellent written communication skills with a meticulous and structured approach.</li> <li style="">Proactive, adaptable, and able to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively.</li> <li style="">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in using SAP SuccessFactors</li> </ul> Please note that actual appointment will depend on the candidate’s competencies and experience.</div></div></div><h2 class="MsoNoSpacing">What We Offer</h2> At SUSS, we advocate the Spirit of Learning and pride ourselves as lifelong learners.
