Support data-driven initiatives such as performance tracking, trend analysis, and service benchmarking.</li> <li>Track renewal of regulatory licenses and certification.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Participate in process improvements, digitalisation, and smart technology initiatives where applicable. </li> </ul> Sustainability & Resource Conservation <ul> <li>Analyse environmental sustainability performance data from the Facility Management System (FMS) to identify opportunities for improving sustainability.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with sustainability unit to drive green building initiatives. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree / Diploma Holder in Engineering, Estates or Facilities Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.</li> <li>Resourceful team player and leader with a lot of initiatives.</li> <li>Meticulous and passionate to drive innovative changes.</li> <li>Highly independent and possess good time management.</li> <li>Pleasant disposition with a high level of integrity and work ethics.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.</li> <li>Familiar with most Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, BIM. </li> </ul></div></div></div><h2 class="MsoNoSpacing">What We Offer</h2> At SUSS, we advocate the Spirit of Learning and pride ourselves as lifelong learners.
