maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop, review, and maintain system documentation, artefacts, and deliverables to ensure compliance with SUSS standards, guidelines, and policies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform system and data analysis, including identifying and resolving issues in existing system logic, processes, and procedures, and implementing necessary improvements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage audit style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">At least 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a hands-on technical role and 5 years in project management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience managing cross-functional and cross-departmental projects.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience overseeing projects with budgets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience coaching and mentoring junior Project Managers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of IT technologies, architectures, methodologies, and industry best practices.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent business analysis and process improvement capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and business requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior
