<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Engineer, Well Operations Support</strong> is responsible for all sorts of well interventions, ranging from Electric line, Slickline, Wellhead Maintenance , Coiled Tubing and Well Testing. The jobholder serves as a project leader; supports related operations; and coordinates with Superintendent, Well Operations; Supervisor, Well Operations and other disciplines throughout the project. The jobholder is required to design detailed engineering work programs; select proper intervention equipment; plan operational schedule; and prepare budget and AFE. The jobholder also prepares Call for Tender (CFT) and participates in bids evaluation and selection contractors regarding well intervention.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Plan and develop operational programs, procedures and schedules assuring technical and cost justification with SSHE consideration.</li> <li>Design well intervention in accordance with requirements from Assets; and with regard of well integrity.</li> <li>Contribute to preparation of budget and the Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) including follow-up and control of expenditures</li> <li>Coordinate with Workshop function in preparation of subassemblies, equipment and tools required for all related operations</li> <li>Coordinate with Superintendent/Supervisor, Well Operations and contractors to ensure preventive maintenance of operating units/equipment is properly carried out as per agreed schedule</li> <li>Coordinate with Superintendent/Supervisor, Well Operations during preparation of operations and execution phase</li> <li>Manage and control the operations, and establish logistical needs in collaboration with concerned personnel/parties</li> <li>Serve as Contract Holder to initiate bidding and/or negotiating for third party services as well as prepare and manage drilling contracts in compliance with Company's Procurement Process and SSHE Contractor Management Standard</li> <li>Assist, advice, and support concerned parties on technical/operational aspects regarding to solve the problems and avoid delays in work schedule</li> <li>Prepare end of well reports and capture lessons learnt at the end of the campaign or after troubleshooting for operations improvement</li> <li>Review technical analysis/justification of recommendation to ensure proper engineering design and operation execution</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and company’s SSHE MS requirements in all work under responsibility</li> <li>Coordinate with Procurement and Asset coordinators to prepare the request for Tender Documents (ITB) and Call For Tender (CFT) Packages</li> <li>Lead Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE)</li> <li>Coordinate with Procurement department for Final Contract Preparation</li> <li>Coordinate Kick Off Meeting with the awarded contractor, establish deliverables, KPI for the contractors to be ready to fulfil the contract requirement</li> <li>Lead and Coordinate with Procurement department for any Contractual dispute</li> <li>Closely monitor and track Expenses, Contractor’s invoices, Remaining contract value for ongoing contracts as monthly basis</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Professional Knowledge & Experiences</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Process/Petroleum/Mechanical or education certificate with 5-10-years experience in well intervention.</li> <li>Well Control certificate for Well Intervention or drilling operations</li> <li>Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, contracts management, detailed operational structure, decision making process, and company/industry standards and practices, well integrity, and plug and abandonment</li> <li>Good command of written and spoken English</li> <li>Offshore experience</li> <li>Contract management skills</li> </ul></div></div></div>
