<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The job holder is responsible for support the planning and execution of reforestation and other nature-based solutions (NbS) initiatives in alignment with the organization’s decarbonization strategy, ensuring environmental, social, and economic sustainability while driving measurable carbon and biodiversity outcomes.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Plan and execute reforestation and other nature-based solutions (NbS) projects in line with Company strategy and governance.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Coordinate end-to-end project implementation, including timelines, resources, and performance tracking.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Assess and monitor carbon sequestration potential and carbon credit generation from NbS projects. Support evaluation of biodiversity impact to ensure alignment with sustainability and conservation goals.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure all initiatives align with the organization’s decarbonization targets and relevant environmental frameworks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Coordinate and execute related partnerships, including MoUs and agreements with key stakeholders.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Engage and collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Monitor project KPIs, track progress, and identify risks with supporting mitigation actions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for management and stakeholder communication.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Professional Knowledge & Experiences</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Sustainability, Natural Resource Management, or related fields.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental projects, reforestation, or related areas.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Knowledge of carbon markets, carbon accounting, and biodiversity frameworks is an advantage.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or community stakeholders is preferred.</span></p></div></div></div>
