<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high service standards.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions, including connectivity, mobility, workspace collaboration, and related enterprise services.</li> <li>Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts through regular client engagement, needs analysis, and value-based selling.</li> <li>Drive service renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account revenue and wallet share.</li> <li>Work closely with internal stakeholders (Service Line teams, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Provisioning) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction, measured through NPS and other service KPIs.</li> <li>Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including Order Book and revenue objectives.</li> <li>Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM systems in accordance with established SOPs.</li> <li>Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues effectively to maintain trust and long-term relationships.</li> <li>Comply with all internal processes, governance, and quality standards.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum <strong>Diploma</strong> qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.</li> <li>At least <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management.</li> <li>Prior exposure to <strong>Enterprise or Commercial B2B clients</strong> is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>Telecommunications, IT, or Technology services</strong> will be an added advantage.</li> <li>Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>*We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified</strong></p></div></div></div>
