Beyond marketing communications, this individual is expected to leverage data, customer insights and performance optimisation to drive measurable business outcomes.</p> <p> </p> <p>With a customer-first mindset, the incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Sales, Go-to-Market and Analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance across the funnel, and deliver impactful campaigns that contribute directly to business goals.<br><br></p> <h3><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across consumer products and services</li> <li> <div>Plan and implement full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital media and CRM </div> </li> <li>Monitor and analyse campaign and business performance to derive insights and recommend optimisation opportunities</li> <li>Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to improve media efficiency, audience targeting and campaign effectiveness</li> <li>Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support effective targeting and segmentation strategies</li> <li>Support test-and-learn initiatives across creatives, messaging, offers and customer journeys to improve campaign performance and customer engagement</li> <li> <div>Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, Sales teams to support launch plans and marketing initiatives aligned to business priorities</div> </li> <li>Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources</li> <li>Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><h3> </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines</li> <li>Min. 4–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing or related fields</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations</li> <li>Proven experience in developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable results</li> <li>Good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys and campaign performance metrics</li> <li>Commercially driven with a proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills</li> <li>Strong communication and project management skills</li> <li>Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> </ul></div></div></div>
