The ideal candidate will own end-to-end automation delivery, including solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support, following a DevOps delivery model.</p> <p>This role is key to StarHub’s digital transformation journey, driving operational efficiency and customer experience improvements by automating business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and leveraging next-generation AI-powered autonomous workflows.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Solution Design & Development</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Gather requirements from business stakeholders, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable, reusable solutions.</li> <li>Develop, configure, and deploy workflows using UiPath and Workato.</li> <li>Integrate with platforms (CRM, ITSM, Billing, Slack, AI chatbots) to streamline cross-platform processes.</li> <li>Apply AI and Agentic AI capabilities (multi-agent orchestration, GenAI-based conversational bots, retrieval-augmented generation) to enable self-service resolution and autonomous troubleshooting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Automation Lifecycle Management (DevOps)</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage the full automation lifecycle: build, test, deploy, monitor, optimize.</li> <li>Implement CI/CD pipelines for automation assets with proper version control (Bitbucket, Cloudbees).</li> <li>Proactively monitor automation health, log events, and track KPIs using <strong>Splunk dashboards and alerts.</strong></li> <li>Detect anomalies, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents with <strong>Splunk observability</strong> integrations.</li> </ul> <p>· Continuously refine automations based on analytics, user feedback, and AI learning loops.</p> <p><strong>Governance & Best Practices</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure automations comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.</li> <li>Build and maintain a library of reusable automation components.</li> <li>Enforce policy and compliance guardrails for AI responses in customer-facing and internal automations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>5+ years of experience in automation, integration, or RPA development</li> <li>Core Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (RPA) and Workato (iPaaS).</li> <li>Automation: Expertise in workflow orchestration, API integration, and low-code/no-code automation.</li> <li>AI/Agentic AI: Knowledge of conversational AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous multi-agent frameworks.</li> <li>DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, observability, and automation pipelines.</li> <li>Problem Solving: Analytical and troubleshooting skills to manage incidents end-to-end.</li> <li>Collaboration: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer) and Workato Automation Pro certification is a must.</li> <li>Exposure to cloud platforms for scalable automation deployment.</li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with ITIL / Agile / DevOps methodologies.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p></div></div></div>
