For a 12-month contract role. This role holds end-to-end responsibility for the business, including full P&L ownership, and will lead the brand, product, and operations functions to drive growth, customer experience, and profitability in a fast-paced, agile environment.</p> <p>We are looking for someone with a strong challenger mindset—curious, bold, and always willing to test new ideas, push boundaries, and bring fresh thinking to the team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Business & P&L Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the full P&L of the giga business, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability targets</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and KPIs</li> <li>Monitor performance and drive data-led decisions to optimize commercial outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Brand & Marketing Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead brand strategy, positioning, and communications to strengthen market presence</li> <li>Oversee acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns across all channels</li> <li>Champion innovative and bold marketing approaches to differentiate the brand</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Product Strategy & Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive product roadmap, including pricing, packaging, and value propositions</li> <li>Identify market opportunities and customer needs to enhance competitiveness</li> <li>Continuously test and iterate on new product ideas and propositions</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Operations & Customer Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end operations, including customer support, service delivery, and process optimization</li> <li>Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction</li> <li>Drive efficiency while exploring new ways to improve and simplify customer journeys</li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
