The role ensures business requirements are clearly understood, translated, and reflected in end-to-end solution designs and platform configurations. In doing so, the role contributes to business growth, innovation, and stronger solution outcomes.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Accountabilities: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Deliver fit-for-purpose end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technical objectives.</li> <li>Act as the single point of accountability for business requirements elicitation, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.</li> <li>Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems and platforms.</li> <li>Provide expert technical advisory to stakeholders, including design recommendations, option assessments, and implementation guidance.</li> <li>Contribute technical leadership to partner engagements, new business initiatives, and RFP/RFT submissions</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Contribute to the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.</li> <li>Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.</li> <li>Provide technical consultancy, expertise, and advice on matters of solution feasibility, application design, and integration.</li> <li>Understand business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.</li> <li>Work with partners to define technical strategies that will drive business effectiveness and improve business offerings.</li> <li>Assist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technical know-how and expertise.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field of study with at least 8 years of systems analysis and design or related experience in providing end to end solution design.</li> <li>Strong background in telecommunications industry. </li> <li>Knowledge in B2B business is advantage. </li> <li>Knowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.g. Salesforce, CloudSense), Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery and Integrations.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.</li> <li>Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities. </li> <li>Excellent organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking under a dynamic environment.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
