<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform Operation and Administration support for 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (SMSC/SMSGW/MNP/STP/SMSF/VAS services) to ensure smooth network operation.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform system maintenance activities, such as system release upgrade and patch installation to improve system performance. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop and review system operations processes and maintain operational documents to ensure operation effectiveness.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform system Security Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment and implementing the necessary correction / process to address / mitigate security risks.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform proactive monitoring of network service KPI/alarms and performance analysis to ensure service quality level.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform troubleshooting of local/ roaming sms issue or Roaming partners related testing and support</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Lasie with content provider on connectivity and related work.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Appropriate qualification in Electronics/ Communications/ Networking or equivalent </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Good technical knowledge of Mobile 4G &5G Core network and related service /call flows and associated protocols (SS7/Sigtran/Diameter/SIP)</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to perform end-to-end network service troubleshooting.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Working knowledge of Network and Application Securities</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic knowledge of IP switching and routing protocols</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic proficiency in programming and scripting skills</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic knowledge of Linux and VM platform</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Required to work during late night maintenance window period for release upgrade/software patch installation and project cutover.</span></p></div></div></div>
