This role will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, revenue performance, and customer lifecycle management across acquisition, engagement, and retention.</p> <p>Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will take a data-driven and experimental approach to unlock growth opportunities, working closely across brand, product, and operations. We are looking for someone with a strong challenger mindset—curious, bold, and always willing to test new ideas and bring fresh thinking to the team.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Growth Strategy & Performance</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and execute growth strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue</li> <li>Own key growth metrics including funnel conversion, ARPU, and customer lifetime value</li> <li>Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns and initiatives through data insights</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>2. Marketing, Acquisition & Retention</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work with Marketing to plan and execute acquisition campaigns across digital and performance channels</li> <li>Experiment with new channels, partnerships, and growth levers to scale efficiently</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive engagement and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle</li> <li>Design and implement CRM campaigns, offers, and journeys to improve customer stickiness</li> <li>Identify churn drivers and implement targeted win-back strategies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>3. Product & Commercial Optimization</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Partner with product teams to refine pricing, packaging, and value propositions</li> <li>Test and iterate on offers, bundles, and promotions to improve conversion and upsell</li> <li>Identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end customer journey</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>4. Operations & Customer Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work with Operations to oversee end-to-end operations, including customer support and service delivery. Ensure seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints</li> <li>Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>5.
