Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role focuses on enabling go-to-market and operational excellence in our enterprise mobility portfolio, working closely with and supporting Product Managers. You will contribute to the development, launch, and lifecycle management of mobile tariffs, value-added services (VAS), M2M, and emerging 5G solutions targeted at Singapore’s enterprise clients.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support Product Managers in executing the full product lifecycle for mobile tariffs, VAS, device, and M2M/5G offerings.</li> <li>Participate in the development and refinement of product roadmaps and timelines, supporting the planning and launch of new products and enhancements.</li> <li>Manage elements of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IS, GTM, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.</li> <li>Assist in tracking and analysing product performance data, using insights to recommend improvements and drive commercial success.</li> <li>Support the testing and validation of new services before market launch, ensuring quality standards and alignment to business goals. </li> <li>Contribute to ongoing enhancements and issue resolution for existing product portfolios.</li> <li>Help monitor sales performance, competitive activities, pricing benchmarks, and leverage analytics to inform future product and commercial priorities. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a related field.</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the telecommunications or IT services industry.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch, including exposure to digital products and services.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively within diverse teams. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We aim to give our candidates the best experience possible.
