<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>AM, Quality Assurance</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Singapore</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Mission: </strong>Lead quality assurance inclusive of automation for our software and systems undergoing significant changes in design and ways of working.</p> <p><strong>Accountabilities: </strong><Areas this person needs to own></p> <ol> <li>Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team</li> <li>Reduce production issues through improved testing practices</li> <li>Enhance quality of releases in terms of user experience and satisfaction</li> <li>Improve test reliability and reduce execution time</li> <li>Contribute to building a culture of quality with stakeholders</li> </ol> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><Tasks this person to deliver accountabilities></p> <ol> <li>Designing, implementing and optimising processes for software delivery with guidance from senior stakeholders where required</li> <li>Supporting the establishment and tracking of metrics to drive improvement and accountability</li> <li>Working with stakeholders across engineering, product and operations to ensure alignment on these quality standards and goals</li> <li>Contributing to the design and implementation of test automation approaches and tracking their effectiveness</li> <li>Working with vendors to deliver software releases to the standards defined above</li> <li>Tracking data related to releases and testing</li> <li>Supporting and mentoring junior QA team members, providing guidance on best practices</li> </ol> <p><strong>Areas of Impact: </strong><i.e. Scope, Decision Rights, Stakeholders, Partners/ Resources></p> <ol> <li>Stakeholders: Engineering, Program/Delivery Management, Business, Product</li> <li>Decision Rights: Provide input into hiring decisions for assigned team members, contribute to QA/Automation tool selection and KPIs for the QA team</li> <li>Resources: ~6 testing resources from vendors, ~2 automation resources from vendors, eventually 3-5 direct reports internally</li> </ol> <p><strong>Ideal Track Record: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Experience contributing to shift-left testing practices within teams and supporting adoption of quality practices early in the development lifecycle</li> <li><strong>Experience mentoring or guiding QA team members, with some exposure to team leadership responsibilities</strong></li> <li>Exposure to designing or contributing to automated test frameworks that improve test efficiency</li> <li>Experience supporting quality strategy or process improvements during large software changes (e.g. migrations, rearchitecture)</li> <li>Experience working with vendors and supporting delivery against defined quality expectations</li> </ol> <p><strong>[INTERNAL] 12-Month Outcomes: </strong><Outcomes must be specific & measurable></p> <ol> <li>Defect rejection and leakage, first baselined, then to with contributions towards improvement by 5-8 pp</li> <li>QA covering releases with clear dashboards of progress, coverage, pass rates</li> <li>Improvement in on-time releases (to be tracked and measured), with strong test coverage across key areas</li> <li>Test run times should improve by 5-8pp after initial measurements</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong>[INTERNAL] Success Metrics & Checkpoints: </strong><Numbers that will decide success></p> <ol> <li>100% traceability of requirements – user stories – test cases – defects reported of net new items from time of onboarding</li> <li>Test completion across manual and automated testing per release: approaching 100%</li> <li>Automated test coverage: >=40% at 6 months, progressing towards higher coverage at unit and API level</li> <li>Defect leakage improvement as above, target <=15% at 6 months (depends on baseline)</li> <li>Feature, regression, smoke, alpha/beta tests for assigned projects clearly scheduled per release at 6 months</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><em>[ Please copy from Word Pad instead of Word Document ]</em></p> </div></div></div>
