The Assistant Solution Sales Director leads complex, high-value solution pursuits, shapes go-to-market strategies, and ensures strong deal governance while mentoring solution sales managers.</p> <p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong><br>• Drive strategic solution sales growth across network and cloud portfolios <br>• Lead complex, high-value enterprise opportunities <br>• Provide commercial and solution leadership to solution sales managers <br>• Shape account strategies and pipeline quality <br>• Ensure margin discipline and delivery readiness </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Lead executive-level customer engagements <br>• Shape network and cloud transformation solutions <br>• Guide solution sales managers on deal strategy and pricing <br>• Partner with presales and architects on solution integrity <br>• Manage strategic vendor relationships and GTM initiatives <br>• Review commercials, pricing, and risk positions <br>• Support forecasting and management reporting </p> <p><strong>Team Scope / Stakeholders:</strong><br>• Senior Individual Contributor with functional leadership <br>• Internal: Solution Sales Managers, Presales, SalesOps, Finance, Legal <br>• External: Strategic Customers, Vendors, Partners </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business <br>• 8–12 years enterprise ICT solution sales experience <br>• Strong background in network and cloud solutions </p></div></div></div>
