Fully reap the benefits in test coverage, speed and confidence that automation offers.</p> <p><strong>Accountabilities: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Take over ownership of the existing performance test scripts from vendors</li> <li>Schedule, design and drive performance tests</li> <li>Improve efficiency of performance tests</li> <li>Improve test reliability and time taken for performance test runs</li> <li>Improve performance of applications in terms of user experience and satisfaction</li> </ol> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Designing, implementing and optimising processes for performance testing</li> <li>Designing performance tests, with details around desired environment set up, areas to test, expected results and explanations for deviations</li> <li>Establishing and tracking metrics for application and service performance to drive improvement and accountability</li> <li>Work with stakeholders across engineering and QA teams to ensure alignment on goals</li> <li>Driving application and services performance improvements through collaboration with respective engineering teams</li> <li>Design ways to track and report the results of and efficacy of performance test runs</li> </ol> <p><strong>Areas of Impact: </strong><i.e. Scope, Decision Rights, Stakeholders, Partners/ Resources></p> <ul> <li>Stakeholders: QA, Engineering, Program/Delivery Management, Product</li> <li>Decision Rights: Strongly advise Automation tools and license purchase, strongly advise KPIs for the performance of applications and systems</li> <li>Resources: ~10 automation resources from vendors as peers, some existing licenses for BrowserStack, LoadRunner</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Track Record: </strong><Ideal proof of capability e.g. Landed S$6-8M in enterprise ARR></p> <ol> <li>Delivered performance test runs measured in the multiples of tens, if not hundreds, demonstrable performance improvements for systems, services and/or applications</li> <li>Designed performance test plans for web and mobile applications, with clear ability to explain environmental considerations in said plans.</li> <li>Designed dashboards for reporting on performance test results and stats to stakeholders</li> <li>Designed or improved processes to include performance tests regularly</li> </ol> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><em>[ Please copy from Word Pad instead of Word Document ]</em></p> </div></div></div>
