<p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Be part of the client’s DMZ </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">network infrastructure support team providing operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure and providing expertise in supporting AWS cloud networking.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis, problem resolution, regular patching, performance optimization, etc.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Manage and track incidents through to resolution, and escalating issues as necessary.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Provide standby support (rotation basis) to respond to critical incidents reported by users.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Requirements:</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">At least 6-8 years of working experience in <span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black">Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), </span>with comprehensive understanding of core networks, cloud networking and related systems.</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Has AWS operational experience in the capacity of System Administrator or Cloud Engineer.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner or SysOps Administrator (Associate) or Solution Architect (Associate) is highly preferred.
