<ol start="1" type="I"> <li><strong><u>Role</u></strong></li> </ol> <ol start="1" type="i"> <li>Responsible for engine technical matters</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol start="2" type="I"> <li><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></li> </ol> <ol start="1" type="i"> <li>Support/ Manage engine technical matters, for valuation, deliveries, redeliveries and lease restructuring, such as:</li> <ol start="1" type="a"> <li>Providing oversight on maintenance events</li> <li>Budgeting and advising on technical cashflow for maintenance events forecasting</li> <li>Reviewing / evaluating lessee workscope, upgrades and modifications evaluation</li> <li>Conducting mid term inspections for engines on lease</li> <li>Reviewing engine technical records</li> <li>Managing maintenance reserves – MR rates review, reimbursement, calculation and invoicing</li> <li>Coordinating engine transitions (delivery & re-delivery, re-possessions) </li> </ol> <li>Provide Technical support for commercial activities and act as first point of contact for the technical departments of customers</li> <li>Support/ Lead procurement of OEM, 3rd party maintenance and technical service providers</li> <li>Liaise with OEMs to keep current on product issues, maintenance costs, in-service issues and actions</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol start="3" type="I"> <li><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></li> </ol> <ol start="1" type="i"> <li>Sound understanding of aviation authorities’ regulatory requirements, engines shop visit management, work scope creation, engine technical records and the aviation industry.</li> <li>Minimum with Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Aerospace Engineering</li> <li><u>At least </u><u>5 years </u>of experience in the Aviation industry (MRO / Airline / Leasing). Candidates with engine management experience (CFM56 / LEAP / V2500 / GTF) preferred.</li> <li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication / presentation skills</li> <li>Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>Able to work independently and/or with a team</li> </ol>
