<p><strong>Work Hour: 12 hour shift (8am - 8pm OR 8pm - 8am)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Job Description</p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li> <p>Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems, including on-site field deployment when required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform rectification and repair work on drone systems to resolve identified faults or performance issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Report to the Lead Engineer on all engineering and maintenance issues identified during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or operational activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with maintenance policies, operational guidelines, customer requirements, and feedback.</p> </li> </ol>
