<p>Project managing the integration and delivery of infrastructure, network and systems in complex multi-platform and multi-product environments. Projects likely to have multiple external and internal stakeholders within project with resourcing from cross functional internal groups and vendors.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.</li> <li>Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.</li> <li>Managing variations to scope following the change management process.</li> <li>Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.</li> <li>Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.</li> <li>Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.</li> <li>Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.</li> <li>Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.</li> <li>To deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.</li> <li>To be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.</li> <li>Completing of projects within budget and schedule.</li> <li>To participate and support Sales at the contract bid phase.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Certification</strong> - Candidate must possess valid PMP or CITPM certifications.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skillsets</strong>:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of project management experience in ICT.</li> <li>A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.</li> <li>Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.</li> <li>Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.</li> <li>An expert in all aspect of vendor management.</li> <li>Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.</li> <li>Possesses tenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.</li> <li>An expert in managing resourcing conflicts.</li> <li>Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.</li> <li>Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Work location: Jurong East</p>
