<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations of the CNC machine shop and manage manpower allocation.</li> <li>Monitor production schedules to ensure quality, delivery, and safety targets are achieved.</li> <li>Utilize <strong>Mastercam</strong> for CNC programming and process optimization.</li> <li>Troubleshoot machining, production, and quality-related issues.</li> <li>Train, supervise, and support CNC machinists and operators.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and machine utilization.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.</li> <li>Proficient in <strong>Mastercam</strong> programming.</li> <li>Familiar with CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers.</li> <li>Able to perform CNC programming, machine setup, and process optimization independently.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.</li> <li>Familiar with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in aerospace, or precision engineering industries.</li> <li>Familiar with Fanuc CNC control systems.</li> <li>Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.</li> </ul>
