<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning.</li> <li>Prepares and plans the deployment of workers to fulfill the commissioning schedule.</li> <li>Ensures the preparation of procedures and guidelines for systematic commissioning and start-up of equipment.</li> <li>Initiate and manage the commissioning by Coordinating between the company and OEM.</li> <li>Highlight operational issues with regards to machinery and equipment.</li> <li>Ensure that OEM meets the Contractual agreement accordingly.</li> <li>Audit work site regularly and ensure that proper housekeeping is adhered to.</li> <li>Supervise onsite commissioning activities</li> <li>Coordinate work with other Trades</li> <li>Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklist.</li> <li>Track and review progress through HAT meetings.</li> <li>Attend progress meeting to keep up status and close issues with customers.</li> <li>Ensures that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the commissioning process.</li> <li>Compile and update commissioning report/ records.</li> <li>Assist with Identification and set right commissioning and malfunction issues.</li> <li>Access the requirements of special tools and equipment required for commissioning and initiate procurement if required.</li> <li>Review the tools and equipment used for Safety and Efficiency.</li> <li>Develop and update RA accordingly and enforce on-site and conducted weekly safety briefing with supervisors and workers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture/Structural/Marine/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other electrical/offshore/electronic related studies.</li> <li>Naval Institute Trained</li> <li>Shipboard or Preferably 3 years or more of working experiences in similar capacity.</li> <li>No experience can be considered for junior role.</li> <li>Knowledge of Class requirements & Quality Standard requirements</li> <li>Trade Dependent.</li> <li>Must be able to understand Marine/Electrical & Automation Systems Equipment related schematic & arrangement drawings</li> <li>Knowledge and skills in Marine/Electrical & Automation systems equipment's operational requirements.</li> <li>Adequate Computing Knowledge as well as use of Microsoft Office and e-mail.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Information</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)</li> <li>5 days work week</li> <li>Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm</li> </ul> <p> </p>
