type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Act as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, Project System (PS), Customer Service (CS), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules from a Finance perspective.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Provide daily functional support to Finance users to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Develop and deliver user training for Finance staff to strengthen SAP proficiency and promote best practices.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Support Finance process owners in designing and documenting end-to-end business processes, with a focus on Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO operations and their accounting impacts in SAP.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Assist in testing, data validation, and user acceptance for system changes and new functionalities.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Finance function.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders in Finance and Operations for issue resolution, enhancements, and integration activities.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SAP FICO and related modules (PS, CS, PP, SD, MM) in a Finance or Finance Systems role.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Strong knowledge of costing, cost control, and financial accounting entries related to Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO processes.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Familiarity with month-end closing activities and financial reporting in SAP.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Demonstrated experience providing user support and training to Finance teams.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Strong documentation and presentation abilities.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Bachelor of degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">SAP certification is an advantage.</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud)
