Key Job Accountabilities <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Lead a team of system interface engineers in a site environment.</li> <li>Act as primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities.</li> <li>Lead technical sessions with Customer, External Consultants and SWCs (System Wide Contractors) to discuss System Interface issues.</li> <li>Manage and be fully responsible for the planning and schedule of interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs.</li> <li>Working closely with software development teams to drive technical development leading the delivery of ISCS software for ITC (Integrated Testing and Commissioning activities)</li> <li>Follow up on Interface Related Documents such as but not limited to ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.</li> <li>Follow up with Software Development Team for software interface related issues, etc.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications & Experience <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.</li> <li>Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in railway systems.</li> <li>Good communication and customer management skills is an advantage.</li> <li>Able to work under pressure and deliver project within tight timeline.</li> <li>Self-Management before being able to manage others is a must.</li> <li>Must be able to work as a team player as well as a team lead.</li> </ul> Reporting Relationship <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>The incumbent reports to Manager, C3, Mobility Rail</li> </ul> Work Location <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>ST Engineering Electronics Hub</li> </ul>
